- Ooty may experience heavy traffic during weekends, summer holidays and peak travel periods.
- Guests should carry valid government-issued photo identification.
- Services mentioned in the final booking confirmation will be considered the confirmed package inclusions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated according to the number of days remaining before the confirmed travel date.
- 15 days or more before travel: Minimum processing or cancellation charges may apply.
- 7–14 days before travel: Up to 25% of the total package amount may be charged.
- 3–6 days before travel: Up to 50% of the total package amount may be charged.
- Less than 3 days before travel: Up to 100% cancellation charges may apply.
- Same-day cancellation / No-show: No refund.
- Non-refundable hotel rooms and other pre-booked services will follow the respective supplier's cancellation conditions.
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable hotel, transportation, booking and cancellation charges.
